I was at war with my body all through middle school, high school, and my early years as a mom.

Staying in a cycle of losing and gaining weight weighed heavily on me beyond my weight. I began realizing how the crazy diet methods and constantly battling my body was breaking my spirit down, and affecting every aspect of my life in a very negative way. As a Christian woman that battle didn't sit right with me..

MY FAITH IN GOD GAVE ME HOPE FOR A FUTURE.

Jeremiah 29:11 reads For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 

THERE WAS NO FUTURE IN THE WAY I WAS CARING FOR MY BODY & I FINALLY CAME FACE TO FACE WITH THAT

When I realized I had never really learned how to eat healthy without dieting, and I categorized healthy eating as "diet food". It became clear to me,
I had been doing it all wrong from the start.

Nourishment became the standard.

Allowing myself to grow through the shift of my mindset and develop a new understanding of caring for my body, transformed me from the inside out.

IT WASN'T MY FAULT I GREW UP WITHOUT KNOWING HOW TO NOURISH MY BODY, BUT I REALIZED IT WAS MY RESPONSIBLITY TO LEARN HOW TO.

I've studied my 85lbs weight loss success and the intricate parts that enabled a deep transformation of healing years of unhealthy eating, disordered eating and thinking patterns that waged a war on me and my body; and there's no gadget or diet pill that could of done for me, what working on my mindset accomplished in months time.
