Where will you be 3 months from now?

Hey Sis, I'm Brit Tafoya! 
And I've been obsessed with weight loss since elementary school. That's where I learned I was "built different" and that I had to care about my weight. The first diet I ever tried was in middle school..

For whatever reason my weight and food issues were the literal world my life revolved around .

At first, it was being the biggest kid in the class, or the overweight sophomore with zero knowledge of my nourishment needs, or even the young mom battling cereal binges.

To now, which is where I get to share how I've kept 85lbs off permanently for the last 11 years- while healing my relationship with food, building a body that exudes confidence, and completely loving taking care of myself!

The mess has become the message..as it should be because I am not the only woman who has suffered from not knowing how to take care of my body. I promised myself that I would teach women how to win this battle once I won it.

It was while I was pregnant with my twins that I decided I was not going to lose all of that baby weight with unhealthy methods that were ruining my health and not helping me understand what my body truly needed to thrive.
I was seriously always dieting and "trying" to lose weight, and I just couldn't make that my life anymore.
Most importantly, I didn't want to be an unhealthy role model to my girls..

Can I make payments?

Yes, there is a multi payment option available.

Do I have to be a certain weight to participate?

Absolutely Not! The WLM-Life Training program will help anyone, exactly where they are at.

Is this a low carb/keto program?

No it's not. It is however a program that will help you better understand your body's response to carbs and how much is best for you and your weight loss goals.

Do I do everything on my own?

Yes & No! You are the one implementing what you learn in WLM. This program comes with lots of coaching, but its only useful if you use it.

Am I guaranteed to lose weight?

Yes you are, but only if you do the work. If you do not see any results in the first phase of the program NOURISHMENT. We will refund your payment or give added attention to other variables that could be hindering your success. We want to see you lose & win the war!!
